Norbert Heijke
(1966) - Managing Partner Operations- responsible for sales & Marketing.
Served the IT industry for over 2 decades in various senior sales & marketing and sales management positions. Previous to founding IntroMediates Mr. Heijke was responsible for the launch of Systinet (part of HP software) in EMEA. Previous to Systinet Mr. Heijke developed the webMethods organization in EMEA and Northern Europe, webMethods is part of Software AG. Mr. Heijke Was Global Account Director Financial Services at Cisco Systems where he established the global account progam. Mr. Heijke founded Crossview and worked for Triple P as manager finance selling software, hardware and consulting services. Mr. Heijke also worked for Geveke in various sales positions. Over the years Heijke has developed specific expertise in the areas of:

- BI
- Process intelligence
- Data infrastructure / networking

Wietse Bakker

(1969) - Managing Partner Technology -responsible for Products and Services.
As a student at Delft University, Mr Bakker received a degree in Applied Physics and specialized in process dynamics and control. Mr. Bakker started his career as a process consultant at Turnkiek Business Improvement (now part of Imtech). In 1998 he joined MicroStrategy (NASDAQ MSTR), an American software company, where he helped launch the Benelux office. Here he served as a senior technical consultant, trainer and pre-sales adviser. Over the years Bakker has developed specific expertise in the areas of:
- Business intelligence;
- Operational business intelligence;
- Data Warehousing;
- Process intelligence;
- Data analysis.
